Blaxland Cleaners soft roof cleaning process
It’s great to clean all types of roofs, especially tile, clay and concrete, but do not forget the exterior of homes, walkways, driveways, tennis courts, boat ramps, wood floors and more.
Soft wax is used to clean and improve roofs. It uses a chemical blend to remove all elements of mould, mildew, moss and mildew that build up over time.
Softwash is a mixture of sodium hypochlorite, organic detergents and soap with surfactants that is applied to the surface and left to soak for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on weather conditions) to soak and break down foreign matter. The roof is then thoroughly cleaned using a very low pressure of 50-100 psi. High pressure is never used on these surfaces.
